Perceptive Communicators, a specialist communications consultancy for the built environment, has announced two new key appointments as it enters its 20th year of business. The company has also been shortlisted for 'Supporting Organisation of the Year' at the Homes for Scotland Awards 2026.
The Glasgow-headquartered firm has appointed Anastasia Inverary as Social Media and Digital Marketing Manager and Emma Lees as Account Executive. Anastasia joins the team with significant expertise in digital strategy, including SEO and analytics-driven campaigns, while Emma brings a background in media and storytelling to support client messaging.
The consultancy's shortlisting at the Homes for Scotland Awards builds on its previous wins in the same category in 2022 and 2024. Furthermore, the company has been named a finalist in the 2026 Inspiring Workplaces Awards UK & Ireland, following its inclusion in the UK Top 50 'People First' organisations in 2024.
Julie Moulsdale, Managing Director of Perceptive Communicators, commented: "Investing in our people is fundamental to delivering the high-quality, strategic communications our clients expect. Anastasia and Emma both bring valuable expertise and fresh perspectives to the team, further strengthening our ability to support clients across the built environment.
"Our continued recognition from Homes for Scotland reflects the strength of our work within the housing sector, and it is fantastic to see this acknowledged again in our milestone 20th year."
