DM Hall Launches Automated Online Home Report Quote System

DM Hall LLP, one of the largest independent firms of chartered surveyors in Scotland, has introduced a fully automated online system designed to provide home sellers with instant Home Report quotes.

The new digital platform, accessible via the firm's website at www.dmhall.co.uk, allows users to receive a real-time quote and proceed to immediate payment if they choose. Operating 24 hours a day, the system is intended to provide transparency and convenience for clients across Scotland, regardless of their location or time of day.

DM Hall Managing Partner, John McHugh, said: "This development marks a significant advancement for our clients across the length and breadth of Scotland. Their convenience has always been central to what we do. Being able to obtain a transparent Home Report quote within seconds, at any time, simplifies the selling process. It offers clarity for those who are deciding whether to move forward and helps them act without delay."

The firm believes the tool will be particularly beneficial for those in the early stages of preparing a property for market, where timing and cost certainty are essential factors.

Steven Graham, a residential property Partner based in Oban, added: "Timing is crucial when people are preparing to sell. Giving customers the ability to get an instant quote and pay immediately means they can take the next step when it works best for them. It is a modern, customer-focused solution, and we are pleased to be leading the way in our sector."

The new system offers several key advantages for property sellers:

• Instant quotes: Pricing is delivered in seconds without the need for manual processing.

• 24-hour availability: Sellers can access information at their own convenience.

• Transparent costs: The platform provides clear pricing to help users make informed decisions quickly.

• Efficiency: The immediate access to pricing helps sellers become market-ready faster.

The launch of this automated service represents a further step in DM Hall's effort to integrate modern technology with its established local expertise across its Scottish office network.
