Moray Council is inviting local firms to bid for a new Building Services Contractors Framework to support its in-house Building Services team over the next four years. Covering more than 6,400 council homes across Moray, the framework is split into 29 repair and maintenance lots.

Opportunities include core trades such as builders, joiners, plumbers, electricians, painters and roofers, alongside specialist services including asbestos removal, damp and mould treatment, pest control and scaffolding. The framework will cover both planned and reactive works and is expected to be used for all projects instructed directly by Building Services (DLO).

Contractors must register with Public Contracts Scotland (PCS) and Public Contracts Scotland Tender (PCS-T) to access tender documents once published. A dedicated question-and-answer facility will be available within the PCS-T system for any tender-related queries. Guidance on completing submissions is available via [email protected].
