Avant Homes Scotland to Host View Home Weekend In East Lothian

Avant Homes Scotland is holding a special view home event at its Althamer View development in Blindwells, East Lothian, on Saturday 21 March and Sunday 22 March.

Attendees will have the chance to tour the four-bedroom detached Melrose house style and learn about various purchase incentives currently on offer.

Located off Greendykes Way, the Althamer View development features a diverse selection of three, four, and five-bedroom energy-efficient homes. Prices at the site start at £301,995 for the three-bedroom semi-detached Harris house style, rising to £422,995 for the five-bedroom detached Rothesay model.

Visitors can explore the Melrose property, which is designed across three floors. The ground floor includes a front-facing living room and an open-plan kitchen and dining area with integrated appliances and French doors leading to the garden. The first floor houses a double bedroom with an ensuite, two single bedrooms, and a family bathroom, while the top floor is dedicated to a large main bedroom with a private ensuite shower room.

A range of incentives is available on selected plots, including 100 per cent part exchange and up to £15,000 towards a deposit. Additionally, the 'Dream Move package' offers buyers a full flooring package, paid LBTT, £1,000 toward legal fees, a £1,000 retail voucher, and £1,000 toward extras.

Lisa Archibald, Sales Director at Avant Homes Scotland, said: "Our view home weekend event at Althamer View is the perfect opportunity for prospective buyers to learn more about the practically designed, energy-efficient homes available at the development."

She added: "Althamer View offers a range of homes suited for a range of buyers and has already proven hugely popular with those in the East Lothian area. Anyone interested should come along to the event and speak with our sales team about making their next move to this thriving community a reality."

No appointments are required for the event, and the sales team will be available throughout the weekend to provide advice on available homes and financial packages.
