Reflecting a surge in demand for high-quality industrial accommodation across Lanarkshire, independent Chartered Surveyors DM Hall has successfully let a prominent warehouse and office facility at 107 Bothwell Road, Hamilton.
The 14,835 sq ft property has been secured on a 10-year lease by MB Air Systems. the unit will serve as the company's Scottish base, supporting the ongoing expansion of its US-based parent organisation.
The deal follows a comprehensive refurbishment programme completed in 2025. The landlord's investment included extensive external works, upgraded road access, drainage clearance, and a full roof replacement. Internal upgrades to windows and insulation, alongside a relocated heating system, saw the building's EPC rating improve significantly from a D to a B.
