CCG (Scotland) has been named a finalist in three categories at this year's Homes for Scotland Awards, including Homebuilder of the Year (Affordable), a title the company is aiming to secure for a third consecutive year.
Homes for Scotland is a membership organisation that works with all tiers of government on behalf of contractors and developers to help boost delivery and meet the nation's housing needs. The 2026 awards programme reflects the body's 'Homes Build Futures' campaign, which highlights Scotland's housing challenges.
CCG's Mount Pleasant scheme in Old Kilpatrick for West Dunbartonshire Council is shortlisted for Small Development of the Year. The 19-home project is tailored to support older residents and help sustain tenancies.
Brandon Street in Motherwell, delivered for North Lanarkshire Council, is a contender for Medium Development of the Year. The 48-home project comprises 42 new-build properties alongside a six-home conversion within a B-listed former YMCA building.
Winners will be unveiled at the Homes for Scotland Annual Lunch and Awards on 15 May at the EICC in Edinburgh.
