AC Whyte Completes East Ayrshire Housing Upgrade Programme

AC Whyte has completed a major housing improvement programme for East Ayrshire Council, delivering upgrades to 298 properties across New Cumnock and Kilmarnock since 2024.

The £7.2 million scheme forms part of the council's wider investment to enhance the quality, energy efficiency and long-term performance of its housing stock. The project builds on the established partnership between AC Whyte and East Ayrshire Council, with both parties focused on high standards and positive outcomes for local communities.
