Paisley-based contractor Clark Contracts has been selected by Renfrewshire Council for its Multi-Trades Contractors Framework, supporting housing repairs, maintenance and refurbishment across the local authority through to 2027.
The appointment will cover a broad scope of multi-trade works to domestic properties, enabling the council to deliver both responsive and planned maintenance across its housing stock.
The contractor already holds places on several public sector agreements, including Scotland Excel's New Build Residential Framework, NHS National Services Scotland's Minor Works Framework and Crown Commercial Service's Construction Framework. It also works through Scottish Procurement Alliance (SPA) frameworks for Public Buildings, New Build Housing, Fire Safety – Cladding Remediation, and Refurbishment and Modernisation.
In addition, Clark Contracts is appointed to framework agreements with the University of Glasgow, The City of Edinburgh Council, Glasgow City Council, SSE, Link Group and Wheatley Group.
