The award represents Robertson Facilities Management's (RFM) first engagement with ScotRail, Scotland's national passenger rail operator. The company will deliver planned and reactive services at more than 360 sites across the country, including stations, depots, signalling centres, office buildings, operational yards and passenger-facing areas requiring year-round attention.
The scope of work covers winter gritting, vegetation control, litter collection and wider grounds maintenance to ensure safe, compliant and well-managed environments across the ScotRail estate.
William Heaney, Managing Director, Scotland, Robertson Facilities Management, said: "Scotland's rail network plays a vital role in daily life and we understand the level of care required to keep such a large and varied estate safe, compliant and well managed.
"Our teams bring extensive experience in maintaining complex operational environments and will apply that knowledge to support consistent, high quality and value driven services across the network.
"We look forward to building a collaborative partnership with ScotRail that helps create welcoming and dependable spaces for staff and passengers throughout the year."
RFM said the contract strengthens its national public sector grounds maintenance capability and supports sustainable growth in its target markets.
