Wills Bros Civil Engineering Ltd, the contractor responsible for the design and construction of the A9 Dualling: Tay Crossing to Ballinluig project, will hold several community engagement events this November and December.
The purpose of the events is to give local residents and businesses the chance to:
• Meet key project team members and ask questions directly.
• Learn about the benefits the major construction work will bring to the surrounding communities.
• Find out about the contractor's plans, particularly the traffic management plans required during construction.
The in-person events will run from 8 am until 8 pm and will feature senior team members from Wills Bros, alongside representatives from Transport Scotland and their advisers, Jacobs UK.
Event Schedule:
• Wednesday 19 November 2025: Pitlochry Town Hall, Pitlochry, PH16 5EA
• Thursday 20 November 2025: Mid Atholl Hall, Ballinluig, PH9 0NF
• Wednesday 26 November 2025: Perth Subud Centre, 7 St Leonards Bank, Perth, PH2 8EB
• Wednesday 3 December 2025: Online event (registration required via A9TC2B@willsbros.com)
Chris Dale, the Contractor's Site Agent, emphasised the importance of engagement: "These community focussed events are a key part of our commitment to engaging with the local community and ensuring that local people are informed throughout the works about our activities."
The team encourages the public to attend to understand the scope of the work and the safety measures that will be in place throughout the construction period.
