CCG's in-house planned maintenance division, Asset Management, is making significant progress on a large-scale housing improvement project across Whiteinch and Scotstoun in West Glasgow.
Working in partnership with Whiteinch & Scotstoun Housing Association, the contractor is currently on-site undertaking upgrades to 240 homes. The scope of work involves a substantial planned maintenance programme, including:
• A combination of kitchen and bathroom replacements.
• New boiler upgrades.
• Associated decorative repairs.
The final phase of the project commenced on Tuesday, 3 June 2025, and is scheduled for completion by the end of March 2026.
James Ward, Chief Executive of Whiteinch & Scotstoun Housing Association, confirmed that the project is year five of the association's larger £10 million planned investment programme, which will ultimately benefit almost 800 properties across their communities.
Mr Ward described the programme as a "resounding success," noting that the quality of work and support provided by CCG has been "first class". He added that the investment has had a significant impact on people's lives and homes, demonstrating the association's commitment to maintaining homes to the highest standards.
Jim Cunningham, CCG Asset Management Manager, praised the site team's efficiency: "Progress in Whiteinch has been excellent so far, with all works conducted efficiently and to a high standard."
He also thanked the housing association for their continued trust in CCG Asset Management over the past decade.
