Clark Contracts recently hosted its 10th Annual Customer Receptions in Edinburgh and Glasgow, where Managing Director Gordon Cunningham announced a record turnover of £140 million for the past year.
The construction company welcomed nearly 200 customers across both events, which took place at Le Monde Hotel in Edinburgh and the Corinthian Club in Glasgow.
In his address to guests, Mr Cunningham highlighted several key areas of success and growth across the company:
• Record Turnover: Achieving a record turnover of £140m.
• Major Project Delivery: Successfully delivering the company's largest project to date, valued at over £30 million.
• Housing Success: The Housing division, after only two years of trading, has built an order book of over £50 million (or £50m).
• Talent Development: The company celebrated the highest intake of trainees and apprentices since its award-winning academy was launched in 2007, reinforcing its commitment to nurturing future talent.
Mr Cunningham commented that the annual receptions are a valuable opportunity to "reconnect with existing customers, meet new contacts, and engage with professionals from across the industry" and expressed excitement about strengthening these relationships for future projects.
