CCG (Scotland) was the leading winner at the Herald Property Awards for Scotland 2025 final, with four of its developments securing a total of five awards. The ceremony, attended by over 500 guests on Thursday, 25 September 2025, recognised achievements across both the private and affordable sectors.
Award Winners
Water Row, a development of 92 low-carbon mid-market rent apartments delivered for Govan Housing Group, was the only double-award winner on the night. It secured the titles for Best Regeneration (Residential) and Sustainable Community Impact, bringing its total 2025 tally to six awards.
Two further CCG projects secured their first awards of the year:
• Clydebank East, delivered for West Dunbartonshire Council, was named Affordable Housing Development of the Year.
• Brandon Street, delivered for North Lanarkshire Council, won Conversion of the Year for the stunning transformation of a former B-listed YMCA building.
The final award won by a CCG-delivered project was Innovation in Sustainable Construction Design, which was granted to igloo Regeneration and Carbon Futures for Maltings Wynd, the second phase of residential development at Dundashill.
CCG offered congratulations to all its clients and consultancy partners recognised on the evening.
