CCG Projects Shortlisted For Eight Scotland Housing Awards

Eight CCG projects have been shortlisted for the Scotland Housing Awards 2025, which are led by the Chartered Institute of Housing.

The awards recognise teams and professionals who have demonstrated a commitment to the housing sector and delivered vital services and support to communities.

Among the projects vying for an award are the quadruple-award-winning Water Row development for Govan Housing Group, which is nominated for Excellence in Regeneration and Sustainability. The Mount Pleasant development in Old Kilpatrick has a double nomination, while the Pappert project, which includes West Dunbartonshire Council's first Passivhaus-accredited homes, has been shortlisted in the Net Zero in Housing category.

Other shortlisted projects include:

• Housing Innovation: Shandwick Street (Wheatley Group) and Haugh Gardens (Falkirk Council).

• Excellence in Regeneration and Sustainability: Langlands Road (Trust Housing Association), Clydebank East (West Dunbartonshire Council) and Brandon Street (North Lanarkshire Council).

• Excellence in Health and Wellbeing & Excellence in Accessibility and Inclusion: Mount Pleasant (West Dunbartonshire Council).

The winners will be announced at the awards ceremony, which takes place on Friday, 14 November.
