Knight Property Group Completes Full Cycle Investment In Uddingston

Knight Property Group has completed a full cycle investment at Tannochside Business Park in Uddingston, following the acquisition, refurbishment, and sale of a 46,858 sq ft industrial unit to its tenant, DFYNE.

The property group purchased the modern industrial facility in early 2025 as part of its value-add investment strategy. A comprehensive refurbishment transformed the standalone warehouse into a high-quality, modern facility, making it suitable for growing businesses.

Shortly after the refurbishment was completed, the unit was leased to DFYNE, which trades under OLR Holdings. The Scottish activewear brand, which has achieved rapid growth and recently topped The Times Top 100 fastest-growing companies, subsequently purchased the property to support its continued expansion. The company reached a revenue of £66.8 million with a growth of 517%.

Oscar Ryndziewicz, founder and CEO of DFYNE, said the acquisition of the additional facility was a "major milestone" and a "critical investment in the next phase of our growth."

James Barrack, Founder & Chairman of Knight Property Group, commented that the investment had created significant value while providing a high-quality facility for the occupier.

The property is located close to key motorways, including the M8 and M74, providing easy access to Glasgow and Edinburgh.
