NorDan Acquires Majority Shareholding In Esk Glazing

NorDan has announced the acquisition of a majority stake in Esk Glazing Ltd, a leading supplier of glazing and specialist interiors based in Arbroath.

The move is intended to expand NorDan's regional operations and improve service delivery across Scotland’s public, residential, and commercial sectors.

Esk Glazing, which recently celebrated its 50th anniversary, will join NorDan as it nears its 100th year. Craig Irons, the current director and son of the founder, will retain a significant shareholding and ensure continuity of leadership. The acquisition enhances NorDan’s existing regional footprint in Scotland, which includes team hubs in Aberdeen, Inverness, and Livingston, by adding a stronger local presence in the East of Scotland and a skilled workforce of over 35 staff.

Together, we can strengthen our capacity across Scotland while maintaining the local knowledge and responsiveness that customers value."
