Work is now underway on the latest phase of window and door replacements in Paisley, as CCG begins improvements to 39 properties on Dalskeith Avenue for Ferguslie Park Housing Association (FPHA).

The upgrades form part of a planned maintenance programme that began last year and are being delivered by CCG on a full supply and fit basis. This is the second workstream CCG has carried out for the housing association.

In total, the project will see the installation of 313 PVCu window sets and 67 composite door sets, all manufactured at CCG's advanced 'PVCu Manufacturing' hub in Cambuslang.

The products, developed in partnership with REHAU UK, are Secured by Design accredited, offering enhanced security, thermal performance, and long-term durability. These benefits are expected to help reduce the housing association’s future maintenance costs, while also improving energy efficiency for residents.

Catrina Miller, Chief Executive Officer for FPHA, said: "We are extremely happy both with the quality of the windows and doors that CCG manufactured and the installation itself. Most importantly, we have received excellent feedback from our tenants who have noticed an immediate improvement in the comfort in their home."

All installation work is being carried out by CCG Asset Management, the company’s in-house planned maintenance division.

The window and door replacements are part of a wider effort by FPHA to invest in sustainable, energy-efficient improvements for its residents while ensuring long-term asset quality across its housing stock.
