Biosus Energy, a leading clean energy solutions provider, is significantly expanding its footprint with the launch of Ecogenesis Ltd, a new Combined Heat & Power (CHP) project located in Lanark.

This new facility will utilise sustainable biomass resources to generate clean heat and electricity, while also producing biomass fuel and animal bedding for farms, homes, and businesses across the region.

The Ecogenesis project is poised to deliver substantial economic impact across Glasgow and Lanarkshire, offering farms and businesses a consistent supply of clean biomass energy and animal bedding. This will help them to reduce costs and significantly shrink their carbon footprints. The new facility will also create six new skilled jobs across Scotland, including roles in South Lanarkshire and Aberdeen, boosting local employment and strengthening the green energy workforce.
