Tulloch Homes, part of the Springfield Group and currently celebrating its 100th year in business, is recognising one of its employees for securing a prestigious national award.
Cameron Brand, recently promoted to Contracts Manager, has been awarded the exclusive NHBC Pride in the Job award for his exceptional work at The Maples development in Inverness.
The NHBC, the UK's largest provider of new home warranties and insurance, established its Pride in the Job programme 45 years ago to highlight and reward the highest standards within the housebuilding sector. The rigorous judging process assesses six critical areas: consistency, attention to detail, leadership, interpretation of drawings and specifications, technical expertise, and health and safety.
Cameron, originally from Aviemore, began his career with Tulloch Homes as a Trainee Site Manager in 2014. He steadily advanced, becoming an Assistant Site Manager in 2017 and then Site Manager in 2018, before starting at The Maples as Site Manager in 2023. His recent promotion to Contracts Manager occurred earlier this month.
Reflecting on his achievement, Cameron said: "Achieving a Pride in the Job award is certainly a career highlight and is reflective of the site team at the Maples. This award isn’t just for me – it’s for each of the employees that have worked at the Maples to create a great place that people are proud to call home. This is especially true of Scott Watson, who is now taking on the role of Site Manager and has been instrumental in achieving this award."
Kieran Graham, Tulloch Homes Managing Director, commended Cameron: "The Pride in the Job award is a highly acclaimed accolade and Cameron is more than deserving of this recognition. His commitment to our customers through the delivery of our high quality and energy efficient homes is commendable and I am exceptionally proud of his achievement."
Cameron, along with other quality award winners, has received an invitation to an award ceremony in September, where he will discover if he has also secured a Seal of Excellence or Regional award.
