Morrison Construction has been shortlisted in a number of categories in the prestigious Learning Places Scotland Awards, highlighting the company's commitment to innovation and excellence within the education sector.
The firm is in contention for the prestigious Contractor of the Year award, a nomination that underscores its consistent dedication to providing high-quality learning environments throughout Scotland.
Two projects delivered in partnership with Hub South East, East Calder Primary School and Easthouses Primary School, have both been shortlisted in the Inspiring Learning Spaces category. Furthermore, these two schools are also vying for the coveted Project of the Year award, acknowledging their inventive design, positive educational influence, and strong sustainability credentials.
Adding to these accolades, Beatlie School Campus, another successful collaboration with Hub South East, has been nominated in the Creating Space for Outdoor Learning and Play category. This nomination recognises Morrison Construction's work in developing inclusive and accessible learning opportunities through thoughtfully designed external areas.
