CCG (Scotland) has continued its run of industry recognition, with two of its developments earning top honours at the 2025 Scottish Design Awards.

These latest accolades follow on from the company's success at this year's Scottish Home Awards.

The Scottish Design Awards, established in 1998, stand as one of the country's most prestigious and long-standing award bodies. They are dedicated to shining a "spotlight on countless brilliant projects, exceptional designs, and extraordinary talents of the very best in Scottish design, architecture, and creativity."

Among several nominated CCG projects, Maltings Wynd achieved the GOLD award in two categories: Residential (Multi-Unit) and Client of the Year (Architecture). This development, comprising 78 homes for sale, forms part of the Dundashill Regeneration Masterplan in north Glasgow. This award is the second recognition in as many weeks for the collaborative team of igloo Regeneration, Stallan Brand, and Ann Nisbet Studio, following their win for Development of the Year (Large Private Sale) at the Scottish Home Awards on Wednesday, 19 June 2025.

In further success, Water Row, another project that previously garnered a Scottish Home Award, was honoured with the SILVER award for Affordable Housing. This marks the fourth award secured by the 92-home development in 2025 so far. The Water Row project was delivered by CCG for Govan Housing Group, in partnership with Collective Architecture, and represents the first residential phase of the multi-phase, mixed-use Water Row Masterplan.
