ETZ Ltd has launched its refreshed Jobs and Skills Plan for 2025-2030, outlining a comprehensive strategy to support the region's energy transition through a focus on workforce development.

The plan builds on the achievements of its predecessor, setting out a clear ambition for the next five years.


The organisation emphasised that ensuring North East Scotland's businesses have the right skilled people for the evolving energy sector, and making these skills and job opportunities accessible to the local population, is crucial for a successful and equitable energy transition.
