CCG (Scotland) was a standout winner at the 2025 Homes for Scotland Annual Lunch and Awards, securing two prestigious accolades, including the highly sought-after Homebuilder of the Year – Affordable Housing Provider.

The event, held in Edinburgh on May 30th, marked Homes for Scotland's 25th anniversary, celebrating the significant contributions of member organisations to the nation's housebuilding sector and its broader social and economic growth.

CCG, nominated in three categories, earned the top prize in the affordable housing sector, which impressively accounts for 85% of the Group's annual turnover. This award recognizes CCG's deep commitment to building much-needed affordable homes across Scotland.

In addition to this major win, CCG's stunning Water Row development in Glasgow was honoured with the Affordable Housing Development of the Year (Medium) Award. Delivered on behalf of Govan Housing Group in partnership with Collective Architecture, this 92-home development is an integral part of the mixed-use Water Row Masterplan in Glasgow's southside. Notably, it was one of the city's very first projects to implement an entirely non-gas energy strategy, showcasing a pioneering approach to sustainable living.

CCG extended its heartfelt gratitude to Homes for Scotland for the esteemed awards, and also thanked its clients, partners, and stakeholders for their crucial role in making these achievements possible.
