Clark Contracts Secures Record £75m In New Orders

Clark Contracts has reported a record start to 2025, having secured £75 million in new orders across various sectors.

The largest of these new contracts is a £30 million project for the construction of a new 273-bed student accommodation development on Osborne Street in Glasgow. The contractor has also secured another Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) development for S Harrison Developments, a 76-bed facility on Canongate, Edinburgh.

Beyond these significant projects, the company's specialist Small Works Division has secured numerous contracts. These include refurbishments to care homes, hospitals, and laboratories, external refurbishment works on George Street in Edinburgh, and several projects for repeat clients such as the University of Glasgow, University of Strathclyde, NHS Scotland, and the Scottish Police Authority.
