CCG (Scotland) and its private housing arm, CCG Homes, have been named as finalists in multiple categories at the prestigious Scottish Home Awards 2025. The 18th annual awards ceremony is a major event for Scotland's housing industry.

Following their 2024 win for Excellence in Sustainability for the Dundashill Plot 3 Passivhaus development, the CCG Group has garnered an impressive 15 nominations across seven categories this year. These include coveted titles such as Housebuilder of the Year (More than 100 Units) for CCG (Scotland) and Excellence in Sustainability, also for CCG (Scotland).

A total of nine distinct CCG projects are in contention for awards. Notably, Western Villages and Granton Station View, two developments delivering a combined 519 'net zero ready' affordable homes in Granton for The City of Edinburgh Council, have each received three nominations. Both are recognised in the Innovation in Design category for their approach to zero-emissions heating technologies. These projects, located within a mile of each other in north Edinburgh, are also near Chestnut Street, a 306-home development for Harbour Homes, which itself secured two nominations.

Clydebank East, West Dunbartonshire Council's first 'net zero ready' development, and the 48-home Brandon Street project for North Lanarkshire Council, have both received their first award nominations of the year in the Social Housing Development of the Year (Under 100 Units) category.

Bearsden Road in Anniesland, a 46-home development for Partick Housing Association, also marks its debut as an awards finalist. It is one of two CCG land-led developments to reach the finals, alongside Langlands Road, a project delivered with Trust Housing Association, which received two nominations.

Continuing its successful awards run, Water Row, a development for Govan Housing Group, is a finalist after also being recognised at the Homes for Scotland Awards earlier this year. CCG Homes makes a return to the awards circuit with a nomination for its show home at The Scholars development.

CCG also extended congratulations to its client, igloo Regeneration, for Maltings Wynd. This second phase of the Dundashill Regeneration Masterplan, comprising 78 homes for sale, is nominated for Housing Regeneration of the Year and Housing Development of the Year (Large Private Sale). Energy and sustainability consultant Carbon Futures has also been nominated for Excellence in Sustainability for their contribution to the Maltings Wynd project.
