Knight Property Group has announced the successful completion of three new lettings at the recently refurbished Cults Business Park in Aberdeen.
The deals, totalling approximately 3,700 sq ft, demonstrate strong demand for the park's flexible spaces.
The new tenants include Motorwerks, a car works business, which has secured a commercial unit; Revive Fitness, a personal training gym opening a new location; and Mackinnons Solicitors LLP, a legal firm taking office space. These diverse tenants highlight the park's appeal to a variety of businesses seeking high-quality, adaptable premises.
Motorwerks Limited has signed a 10-year lease for Unit 8, while Revive has taken Unit 4 and Mackinnons has secured Units 1 and 2, both on 5-year leases.
Dan Mitchell, Management Surveyor for Knight Property Group, said: "We are delighted to welcome three dynamic businesses to Cults Business Park. The variety of tenants – from professional services to commercial and fitness – demonstrates the flexibility of our space and the strong demand for well-located, high-quality premises. With excellent transport links and modern refurbished facilities, the park continues to be an attractive destination for businesses looking to grow."
