Clark Contracts has been appointed to the panel of contractors on two lots of Glasgow City Council's £12 million Statutory Private Property Housing Repairs Framework. The framework, which runs until 2028, covers both internal and external refurbishments.
Clark Contracts will be eligible to bid for projects under Lot 1 (minor works up to £499,999) and Lot 2 (major works valued at £500,000 and over).
The company has extensive experience in residential projects, currently delivering £25 million of work, including a development in Upper Langlee for Waverley Housing Association and a flatted development in Glasgow for Govanhill Housing Association. Recent projects include new council housing in Polmont for Falkirk Council, refurbishment of mid-market rental flats in Edinburgh, conversion of a former Travelodge in Aberdeen to student accommodation, and a studio refurbishment in Edinburgh.
Clark Contracts is also appointed to several other public sector housing frameworks, including Scotland Excel's New Build Residential Framework, Wheatley Group's Generation 3 Housing Framework, Link Group's New Build Housing Framework, and several SPA frameworks.
