Clackmannanshire Council has granted planning permission for the construction of a new Wellbeing Hub and Lochies School at The Pavilions in Alloa West.
The project, which will be delivered by Robertson Construction on behalf of hub East Central Scotland, will provide state-of-the-art facilities for the local community and learners with severe and complex needs.
The Wellbeing Hub will offer a range of leisure and sports facilities, including swimming pools, alongside indoor and outdoor spaces for social activities and skills development.
The new Lochies School will provide modern and inclusive learning environments for pupils with additional support needs.
Robertson Construction has been appointed as the main contractor for the project, with JM Architects, Blyth & Blyth civil and structural engineers, and BakerHicks mechanical and electrical engineers also involved in the development team.
This significant development will bring significant social and economic benefits to the local community.
