Robertson Timber Marks Milestone On Edinburgh Development

Robertson Timber Engineering (RTE) has reached a significant milestone on its work for Lovell Partnerships' development, The Crossings, near Edinburgh.

The company is designing, supplying, and erecting timber-framed structures for the mixed-tenure development, which includes 178 houses and 120 apartments in South Queensferry.

RTE has delivered the timber frames for the project in just 18 months, demonstrating the efficiency and precision of its manufacturing process. The frames were custom-built at the company's factory in Elgin, which utilises advanced digital tools and technology.

With over 35 years of experience, RTE has a strong track record in delivering high-quality, sustainable timber-framed structures. The company is committed to helping projects achieve net-zero, Passivhaus, and high BREEAM ratings.
