The JR Group has completed a £10 million development of 55 affordable apartments in Glasgow city centre. The project, located on Dover Street in Finnieston, was delivered for Glasgow West Housing Association (GWHA).

The new homes, which are available for social rent, offer modern and comfortable accommodation in a prime location. To welcome new residents, The JR Group provided welcome packs containing essential household items.

During construction, the team also supported local schools, donating Easter eggs, Christmas gifts, and building materials to Anderson Primary School and Glasgow Gaelic School.

Gary McGregor, Managing Director at The JR Group, said: "We’re pleased to see the completion of this milestone project and residents enjoying their new homes. We hope the welcome packs have helped residents start to feel at home with a few key items they may need.

"This is a fantastic city location, close to Glasgow City Centre as well as the west end, and has helped to meet the need for new, high-quality housing in the area.
