Arc-Tech (Scotland) has been appointed to The University of Edinburgh’s ‘Mechanical Works and Associated Services’ framework. This significant win will enable the Glasgow-based firm to tender for a wide range of mechanical services across the University’s extensive estate of over 550 sites in Edinburgh.
The framework agreement covers reactive maintenance, planned works, and associated services for all mechanical plant and equipment. It may also be utilised for smaller projects and minor capital works as required.
Arc-Tech (Scotland) has a strong track record in delivering mechanical services across various sectors, including residential, commercial, and leisure. Recent high-profile projects include the Lost Shore Surf Resort in Newbridge and the Burnet Point development in Morningside.
John Gallacher, Arc-Tech Managing Director, said: "We are delighted to have been appointed to the University of Edinburgh's new framework. Arc-Tech has been (and continues to be) involved in some of the city's most prestigious developments so to now have the opportunity to work with the University – one of the most revered in the world – is another proud achievement for us and we look forward to working with them over the coming years."
