"Each of these individuals has demonstrated exceptional commitment and expertise, and their promotions signify our investment in our people as we look to the future. We are proud to build a leadership team that will continue driving our vision forward, ensuring we deliver excellence for our clients across the globe."

In Colin Smith's new role, he takes responsibility for managing finance, commercial operations, controls, reporting and compliance across the group.

Robert Kim steps into the role of CEO Americas, taking over Soben's fastest growing region from Joe Cusick.
