This project marks a continuation of the strong partnership between A.C. Whyte and South Lanarkshire Council, demonstrating the company's expertise in delivering high-quality construction and refurbishment projects.

Lorna Preston, Client Relationship Manager with A.C. Whyte, commented: "We are delighted to further strengthen our partnership with South Lanarkshire Council, having worked closely with them for several years. Our team is committed to delivering high-quality solutions that meet the council's standards and improve the living conditions for the residents of Mill Court."

As part of A.C. Whyte's ongoing commitment to community benefits, the project also provided an exciting opportunity to engage with the next generation of construction professionals. In collaboration with South Lanarkshire Council, Developing the Young Workforce (Lanarkshire and East Dunbartonshire), and Calderglen High School, a recent work placement was delivered to expose young people to careers in construction, offering valuable hands-on experience and insight into the industry.

Work on the project commenced in September 2024, with completion expected in early 2025.
