Call For Borderlands Skills Infrastructure Projects

The Borderlands Partnership has launched a call for project ideas focused on investing in skills infrastructure in the South of Scotland.

Up to £7 million in capital funding will be available for projects that support the future skills needs of the Borderlands region and complement other activities within the Borderlands Inclusive Growth Deal. These projects should also contribute to achieving the vision of a green, fair, and flourishing South of Scotland.

The Call for Project Ideas process aims to identify a shortlist of skills projects to be supported by the Deal. Eligible projects must have a minimum funding request of £1.5 million and be located in the Scottish Borders or Dumfries and Galloway.

The closing date for submissions is 12 noon on Monday, November 4, 2024.
