The National Home Building Council (NHBC) has announced the appointment of Stefan Szymoszowskyj as Regional Director to lead customer relations with house builders in Scotland.

Stefan joined NHBC in 2019, as a Senior Engineer before progressing to Principal Engineer in early 2023. Prior to working for NHBC, Stefan worked as a structural engineer for Arup, Transport Scotland and Historic Environment Scotland.

This latest promotion to Regional Director for Scotland represents Stefan's commitment to excellence in house building, his customer relationship management skills and his broad industry experience. Stefan's knowledge and understanding of the Scottish housing market and political landscape will make him an invaluable addition to the NHBC Commercial Leadership team.


Commenting on his appointment, Stefan said: "I'm thrilled to have been appointed Regional Director for Scotland. I look forward to strengthening even further the excellent relationships we enjoy with our Scottish builder customers, and to bringing my knowledge and experience of the industry in Scotland to the role."
