ScottishPower has announced the launch of its seventh annual Returner Programme, designed to provide a smooth transition back into the workplace for individuals who have taken a career break of at least 12 months.
The one-year paid placement offers tailored support to help candidates refresh their skills, rebuild confidence, and successfully re-enter the workforce. Participants will have access to a range of resources, including flexible working arrangements and expert mentoring sessions, to ensure a seamless integration into the company culture.
A variety of roles are available across multiple departments, catering to candidates with qualifications or experience in the following fields: Cyber Security, Data Science, Data Analysis, Digital, Electrical, Power or Mechanical Engineering, Environmental, HR, Hydrogen, IT, Marketing, Project Management, Renewable Energy, Sustainability, and Ecology.
