Connect Modular and Fyne Homes have announced plans to develop eight new affordable homes in Rothesay. The project will address the significant demand for family housing on the island.
The development will be located on a brownfield site on Ballochgoy Road, offering stunning views of Rothesay Bay. The homes will be equipped with sustainable features such as air source heat pumps and solar PV panels.
