CCG (Scotland) has emerged as a major winner at the 2024 Herald Property for Scotland Awards, claiming top honours in three categories.
The prestigious awards ceremony, held in Glasgow, celebrated excellence in home and commercial building across Scotland. CCG's impressive achievements included:
• Judges' Special Recognition Award: The transformation of Paisley Central Library into the state-of-the-art Paisley Learning & Cultural Hub secured this top prize.
• Excellence in Sustainability Award: The Dundashill Plot 3A project, Scotland's largest Passivhaus development, was recognised for its outstanding sustainability features.
• Best Regeneration (Residential) Award: Burns Road, the final phase of the Cumbernauld Town Centre's regeneration project, was honoured for its exceptional design and transformation.
