Pacific has successfully completed the first phase of a significant refurbishment project at the Apex Waterloo Place hotel in Edinburgh.

Working closely with Apex Hotels, Cromarbrooks, and ISA Architects, Pacific delivered a comprehensive upgrade of the four-star hotel's public areas. The project involved extensive renovations to the building's interior, including floor coverings, crittall screens, building services, decoration, tiling, and partitions. Bespoke joinery items such as bars, waiter stations, coffee servery, and wall panels were also installed.

The hotel remained operational throughout the first phase, allowing guests to continue enjoying the hotel's services while the refurbishment work was carried out.

Pacific has now commenced the second phase of the project, which is expected to be completed in the autumn. This phase will focus on further upgrades to the hotel's public areas, including the main entranceway and reception desk.
