Property consultancy Bidwells has announced the appointment of Jake Shaw-Tan as its new Head of Rural Agency, Scotland.

Shaw-Tan's background includes heading up the agency department for Galbraith in Ayrshire, where he managed a team handling a diverse portfolio of rural properties, including building plots, country houses, cottages, and farms.

In his new role, Shaw-Tan will focus on expanding Bidwells' rural agency services across Scotland. His appointment underscores Bidwells' commitment to strengthening its presence in the Scottish rural property market.

Shaw-Tan's expertise in rural surveying, coupled with his RICS accreditation, positions him well to address the unique challenges associated with rural properties.
