Hillington Park has announced the appointment of chartered surveyor Sarah Fitzpatrick to their estate management team, as the new Facilities Management Co-ordinator.

Working alongside Estates Manager, Lisa McAlinden, Sarah will be responsible for co-ordinating the extensive facilities management activities that are delivered across the estate every day including security, cleaning, ground maintenance, environmental management, building services, repairs and health & safety matters.

Prior to joining MAPP – the estate's property and facilities managers – Sarah was employed by a national firm of property consultants and chartered surveyors where she had a wide mix of well-known clients in both the public and private sectors.

Sarah said: "Hillington Park is home to hundreds of businesses of different sizes that operate in different sectors and all with varying demands. It's an exciting place to work for those reasons and I'm looking forward to supporting those companies as well as working with the whole estate management team."

Lisa McAlinden added: "Sarah's experience in commercial property has been developed over a number of years by working for a diverse range of organisations and will benefit every business and organisation based at Hillington Park. She also brings valuable skills to the wider estate management team and will further improve the facilities management services on the estate."
