Maxi Construction Secures £5.5m Edinburgh Contracts

Maxi Construction has been awarded two contracts worth more than £5.5 million for upgrade and refurbishment works to housing properties on behalf of the City of Edinburgh Council.

Common stair upgrade works involve door and window replacement, electric and lighting, floor, wall and ceiling upgrades and decoration to 124 properties throughout the city.

A refurbishment project at Belmont Road includes roof re-slating, external wall repointing, servicing of sash and case windows, internal wall insulation, kitchen and bathroom upgrades and decoration.

Both of these projects will start in early 2024.
