McLaughlin & Harvey has participated in the annual 'Stop. Make A Change' initiative, alongside construction, infrastructure and the built environment sites across the UK.

At the heart of the campaign was a focus on encouraging everyone who works in the construction industry to re-engage with their own health, safety and wellbeing and to consider what actions they can take to bring about a change.

2023 was McLaughlin & Harvey's sixth year taking part in the campaign, and this year’s topics included working at height, people and plant interface, mental health and workplace stress, manual handling, and cancer and diabetes.

McLaughlin & Harvey said: "It has been very encouraging to hear of the numbers of people attending the stand down sessions which our project teams arranged and delivered, each in the own meaningful way.
