Ardent Group has appointed Kilmac to deliver the Groundworks and Infrastructure works for a new housing development in Blackridge. The project will involve the construction of: Drainage; Utilities; Street Lighting; Foundations, Ground floor slabs and substructure brickwork/blockwork; Upgrades to the A89 Road; New Roads and Pavements; and Hard Landscaping works to the houses.

This is a unique project in Scotland as Ardent are utilising modular construction to build the houses, which come fully mechanically and electrically serviced, bathrooms and kitchens fully installed and snagged prior to being delivered to site.

Welcoming the appointment, Kilmac said: "This will be (our) first project with Ardent and we are looking forward to collaborating to deliver yet another successful project in the West Lothian area.
