David Wilson Homes has launched its new development of 341 homes in St Andrews.
DWH @ St Andrews from David Wilson Homes, which forms part of Barratt Developments alongside Barratt Homes, offers a range of three and four-bedroom homes as well as spacious two-bed apartments, on the outskirts of St Andrews.
The first release of properties, which launched last weekend, includes three and four-bed family homes.
Located just a short drive from the world-famous Old Course and the town's award-winning golden beaches, the properties sit just 1.6km to the South East of the historic centre, which is brimming with shops, cafes, restaurants and iconic food and drink destinations such as Jannetta's Gelateria.
Excellent transport links allow easy access to all that the historic town has to offer, while commuters will find Leuchars Railway Station just 15 minutes away by car and Dundee a 30-minute drive from the development. Coastal day trips for families and scenic walking routes for nature lovers are also plentiful and within easy reach along Fife’s popular East Neuk.
In addition to the first phase of properties, the homebuilder has also announced that it is set to deliver 34 new affordable properties, in partnership with Kingdom Housing Association. The homes will be the first phase of 103 affordable homes that will be built as part of the development, and the first volume delivery of their kind to benefit St Andrews since 2016.
Anne Ross, Sales Director at Barratt Homes and David Wilson Homes East Scotland, said: "We're thrilled to finally be able to unveil our new David Wilson Homes development in prestigious St Andrews.
"A popular choice for families and those looking to retire by the sea, St Andrews has something for everyone – whether that’s a round of golf or exploring its bustling high street – and a real sense of community.
"We look forward to welcoming buyers into the area and for them to find their dream home by the sea."
