Pacific Building Completes Latest Contract In Cumbernauld

Pacific Building has announced the successful completion of its latest contract on behalf of fast-food chain, McDonald's.

The Glasgow-based fit-out specialist has handed over the all-new drive-thru restaurant at Craiglinn Park Road in Cumbernauld – between the M80 and Broadwood Stadium

Pacific carried out all site-clearing and groundworks at the site, before profiling, installation of drainage, piling and associated substructure works.

The installation of prefabricated restaurant units were then managed by Pacific, ahead of final works on an access road, car parking, landscaping and signage.

The outlet represents a multi-million-pound investment in Cumbernauld and the restaurant – the second in the town – is expected to employ more than 120 full-time and part-time staff.
