ESMS (Erskine Stewart's Melville Schools) has appointed Maxi Construction for refurbishment works within the historic Stewart's Melville College Grandstand at Inverleith Playing Fields in Edinburgh.

The alteration and refurbishment works to provide new changing facilities including showers, toilet and ancillary facilities will feature a high standard of floor and wall finishes due to the amount of foot traffic together with associated mechanical and electrical works.

John Aitchison, Maxi Construction's Managing Director, said: "We're looking forward to working with ESMS and the project team to deliver modern changing facilities within the iconic Inverleith Grandstand."

The project team includes Contract Administrator & Architect GLM, Principal Designer & Quantity Surveyor McLeod & Aitken Edinburgh Limited and Structural & Services Engineer Harley Haddow.
