A project from Arc-Tech (Scotland) and Morrison Community Care (MMC) has won a prestigious Scottish Property Award for 2022.
The Scottish Property Awards are some of the most sought-after in the awards calendar with MMC, a long-serving client of Arc-Tech (Scotland), winning the Health Care Development of the Year Award.
Comprising 50 private en-suite beds, the development offers the highest standards of residential, nursing, and dementia care whilst providing a comfortable living environment via the integration of such things like a cinema, dining facilities and a visitor cafe, hair salon, and private amenity space by way of landscaped grounds and tennis courts.
The care home is the fourth that Arc-Tech has helped to deliver on behalf of MMC, working alongside Main Contractor CCG (Scotland), through turnkey M&E Service solutions that include all fire, security, lighting, and data systems as well as ventilation, air conditioning, drainage, and heating systems, amongst others.
Roselea Court was one of two Arc-Tech projects that made it to the finals with the stunning Bearsden Early Learning Centre narrowly missing out in the education category.
