CCG (Scotland) has begun work on the development of 140 news homes in Bellsmyre.
The Bellsmyre Regeneration Masterplan is one of the largest schemes of its kind in West Dunbartonshire and comprises a series of interconnected sites that will conceive modern, energy-efficient homes in place of existing, mid-20th century terraces.
CCG is currently on-site working on behalf of Caledonia Housing Association at the 66-home, £30m regeneration of Muir Road with the latest phase of development, located at Tay Place, to deliver a further 140 homes in a mix of 1, 2, 3 and 5-bedroom homes that are designed to reflect current and future housing tenancy demand including a range of properties that are fully adapted for wheelchair users or ambulant disabled.
The development is set to be one of the most energy-efficient of its kind in West Dunbartonshire with varying standards of build, including operational net zero carbon and Passivhaus, split across the extent of the project.
Bellsmyre Regeneration is designed by ECD Architects.
