CCG Re-Submits Proposed Glasgow Housing Developments

CCG (Scotland) has re-submitted proposals for a new, affordable housing development in the south side of Glasgow.

Located on the corner of Golspie Street and Langlands Road in Govan, a mix of 26 one-bedroom flats and 20 two-bedroom flats have been designed in partnership with MAST Architects inc consultation with a recognised, local social landlord and are an update on proposals that were submitted to Glasgow City Council in February 2021.

The site is currently utilised as a car park and lies adjacent to Nethan Street, an 82-home development that was completed by CCG on behalf of Elderpark Housing in 2021, as well as the refurbished former HillsTrust Primary School which is now utilised as office premises for the association.
